Training of PSAK 219(dh PSAK 24) Revision 2013 – The calculation of the Post-retirement Benefit Obligation is conducted to provide a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the calculation of recording expenses and post-employment benefits obligations.

The introduction and deepening of load components such as current service costs, past service costs, net interest costs, returns on defined benefit obligations (asset) up to the selection of assumptions and case studies of calculations in accordance with established methods.

The training will also discuss how to read and understand actuary reports, thereby enabling the Company to engage actively with the Actuary in the process of calculating the employee benefits obligations so as to apply the accounting standards in accordance with the provisions.

Dwi Hastuty Slipiaty, FSAI

Is a Senior Actuary with more than 21 years of experience practicing various actuarial functions (reporting of employee benefits liability calculation and life insurance liability assessment). His experience in the Multi-National life insurance company has equipped itself with International Actuarial Techniques and Methodologies, and extends his knowledge of the scope of regulations relating to the assessment of life insurance liabilities. For more than 12 years he has been a consultant in Employee Benefits and has handled various cases of PSAK 219(dh PSAK 24) Revision and also understands government regulations relating to engineering and methods of actuarial calculation and regulation on the funding of employee benefits.

A graduate of the University of Indonesia mathematics department and has more than 10 years experience as a Consultant in Employee Benefit specifically related to the calculation of Post-Employment Benefits Employee Liability and its presentation in the financial statements based on PSAK 219(dh PSAK 24), IAS 19 and FAS 158 and International Accounting Standard. Joined PT Padma Radya Aktuaria since 2005 and has passed several exams organized by Persatuan Aktuaris Indonesia (PAI).

A graduate of mathematics from the Bandung Institute of Technology, has more than 10 years experience as a Consultant in Employee Benefit especially related to the calculation of Post-Employment Benefits Employee Liability and its presentation in the financial statements based on PSAK 219(dh PSAK 24), IAS 19 and FAS 158 and International Accounting Standard. Engage actively as a speaker in the Actuarial Aspects and Recording of Employee Benefits course and assist clients in eligible funding election. Joined PT Padma Radya Aktuaria since 2005 and has passed several exams organized by Persatuan Aktuaris Indonesia (PAI).
