The training is organized to assist the Company in understanding the fundamentals and technical aspects of actuarial calculations, particularly in employee benefits. Through this training, we will describe the components of the statement of income, actuarial gains or losses, liabilities and actuarial assumptions in accordance with the provisions of PSAK 219(dh PSAK 24) Revised 2013. Furthermore, participants will also be provided with information on how to read and understand the actuarial reports . This training will be given interactively and also case study, so that with this training participants are expected to better understand the method used in calculating employee benefits.

Dwi Hastuty Slipiaty, FSAI
Is a Senior Actuary with more than 21 years of experience practicing various actuarial functions (reporting of employee benefits liability calculation and life insurance liability assessment). His experience in the Multi-National life insurance company has equipped itself with International Actuarial Techniques and Methodologies, and extends his knowledge of the scope of regulations relating to the assessment of life insurance liabilities. For more than 12 years he has been a consultant in Employee Benefits and has handled various cases of PSAK 219(dh PSAK 24) Revision and also understands government regulations relating to engineering and methods of actuarial calculation and regulation on the funding of employee benefits.
